Cheesecake Factory Recipes

I've been looking for the Cheesecake Factory Recipes for ages now, so I was so excited when I found out you can now buy a book with some of their recipes in.


The book's written by Todd Wilbur a best selling author of some 4 million copies. In the past he has cloned recipes from Mrs Fields, Tony Romas, TGI's etc, but now he's turned his attention to the Cheesecake Factory recipes.

According to this new article, Wilbur will spend weeks creating dozens of iterations of each dish until it's as close as he can get to the real thing. He says he uses his acute sense of taste and smell to re-create favorite dishes.
